After you send the form
- We reply to arrange a visit at a time that suits your household.
- At your home we measure up and check the framing, floor, plumbing, drainage, ventilation and any signs of water damage.
- We talk through layout, storage, finishes, lighting and accessibility.
- You receive a written scope and quotation that sets out exactly what is included.
Helpful things to include
- The rooms involved: bathroom, ensuite, laundry, powder room or a combination
- The approximate age of the house, and whether it sits on stumps or a slab
- Town water or tank water, and sewer or septic
- Any leaks, mould, loose tiles or soft floors you have noticed
- Your preferred timing
