A local team for Latrobe Valley bathrooms

Morwell Bathroom Renovations is based in Morwell and works across the Latrobe Valley, from Traralgon and Churchill to Moe, Yallourn North, Boolarra and Toongabbie. We design and build bathrooms, ensuites, laundries and powder rooms for households who want a room that is comfortable, practical and sound underneath.

Many of the homes we work in were built during the valley’s post-war growth, when the power industry brought thousands of families to the district. Those houses have served their owners well, but their bathrooms were not designed for modern showers, storage or ventilation. We know these homes, and we know what tends to sit behind the tiles.

What we stand for

Design before demolition

Every project starts with a design consultation and a measured plan. Decisions about layout, storage and lighting are made on paper, where changes are easy, rather than on site.

Waterproofing to AS 3740

We waterproof every wet area to AS 3740 using compatible products from a single system, and we photograph the membrane before tiles go down.

Licensed and insured trades

Plumbing and electrical work is carried out by licensed trades, and our team is licensed and insured for the work we do.

Sound structure first

If the framing, floor or drainage is damaged, we fix it before laying new finishes. A beautiful room needs a solid base.

Straight answers

We tell you what your room needs, what is optional and what we would not recommend, and we put it in a written scope.

Respect for your home

We protect floors along the way to the bathroom, contain dust and leave the site tidy at the end of each day.

How a project comes together

After the consultation, we prepare a design and help you select tiles, tapware, vanities, screens and lighting. You receive a written scope and quotation. Once you are happy, we schedule the work, arrange any asbestos testing and order materials. Strip-out, structural repairs, rough-in, waterproofing, tiling and fit-off follow in a planned sequence, and we finish with a walk-through and handover documents.
